This is an administrative role within the Gateshead 0-19 Admin Team. Your duties will include providing efficient and effective confidential administrative support to the 0-19 Growing Healthy Team / Safeguarding Team.
Main duties of the job
Working in conjunction with colleagues, service users and internal and external stakeholders. The post holder will work under indirect supervision and will directly contribute to the efficient running of the service.

Person Specification
Qualifications
* Knowledge of Microsoft Office packages
* NVQ Level 3 in Business Administration or relevant experience
* Good standard of education, including English
* ICT Qualification or working towards
Experience
* Experience of dealing with the Public/Customer service experience
* Able to work independently, on own initiative and to deadlines
* Highly computer literate with experience of working with a range of Microsoft Office packages (e.g., Word, Excel and Outlook)
* Experience of working in a busy environment

Salary: £24,071 to £25,674 a year, pro rata.
