JOB TITLE: HR Operations & Recruitment Officer
CONTRACT TYPE: Fixed Term Contract (maternity cover for 14 months)
DEPARTMENT: Human Resources
HOURS: 37.5 hours per week (Mon - Fri)
SALARY: £32,918 to £35,524 per annum (dependent on experience)

We are looking for an enthusiastic and highly motivated person that can hit the ground running, up for a challenge, is happy to roll their sleeves up, and has a keen eye for attention to detail. This is an interesting, varied hands-on HR role and you’ll need to be a whizz at:

You don’t need to have experience in employee relations.
You'll work alongside employees and volunteers across the People Directorate ensuring we are recruiting and retaining the very best.
Your input will be essential in continuing to develop and shape how the transactional service is delivered. Supporting a small team, you will agree standards across the team, responsible for the HR system and delivery of the recruitment, reward and transactional service on a day-to-day basis.
You'll ensure organisational understanding and compliance with HR practices, Care Quality Commission, and other regulatory and statutory bodies' requirements.
This post is for a 14-month maternity cover, working 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
