Your new role
As an Interim HR BP, reporting into the HR Director and working as part of a small team, you will operate in a generalist HR remit working across the annual HR lifecycle including managing recruitment, complex ER casework, performance, and training.
What you'll need to succeed
CIPD qualified or equivalent, you will have proven experience of working as an HR BP within a fast-paced commercial business. You will be able to demonstrate how you have managed complex ER casework including disciplinary and grievances to minimize business risk. You will be quick to influence and engage at a senior level and used to being resilient in ambiguity. It is essential that you can start a new role on short notice and can commit to working in a hybrid manner from the London office for a minimum of 3 days per week.
