The National Autistic Society Robert Ogden School is one of the largest Independent Special Day Schools for autistic children and young people in the North of England.
The purpose of our school is to help prepare autistic young people to make a successful transition into adulthood, with the confidence and necessary skills to live as independently as possible and participate in their local community.

Who we are looking for:
We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic, creative, dynamic and highly motivated teacher/Assistant Head to lead our dedicated, high-performing and supportive staff team to continue to raise achievement, with their allocated group of classes. The whole school responsibilities are still to be determined.
You will be knowledgeable about current approaches to effective curriculum design; understand what outstanding teaching and learning looks like, bring high energy, enthusiasm, and new ideas through a diligent, committed approach. This post is suited to someone who enjoys a challenge and is passionate about making a difference to the life chances of our students.
