Agility are delighted to be working for a local organisation looking to add to their small, friendly team. The role is available due to a long-standing member of the team hanging up their financial hat and heading off onto retirement. You will be reporting directly to the Finance Manager.
Your role:
1. Assist in preparation of monthly accounts.
2. Posting invoices onto the ledger.
3. Chase missing invoices and ensure all credit card expenditures have invoices.
4. Bank and credit card reconciliations.
5. Supplier statement reconciliations.
6. Administration duties such as filing, responding to emails and doing the stationary order.
7. Other ad hoc duties as required.
Person Specification:
1. Practical or educational experience relating to Purchase Ledger.
2. Studying or obtained at least AAT level 2.
3. Fast learner.
In return you will receive:
1. Base salary of £21,000 - £23,000.
