Job summary You will work in close partnership with the Cancer Alliance Early Diagnosis Team to develop and carry out a coordinated programme of work. This will include raising awareness of the three cancer screening programmes (Breast, Cervical and Bowel) in the eligible population through communication and engagement activities. Also covering the Early Diagnosis priorities identified by the team which will be achieved by working with those in general practice. Working with internal Occupational Health Teams to increase awareness and uptake of screening for Trust employees. Assist and facilitate the development and delivery of health improvement programmes/strategies, with the aim of increasing uptake of cancer screening, improving health outcomes and reducing health inequalities.
