Hours: 36.25 per week Monday to Friday between 8 am and 6 pm
Harper Recruitment Group is working in partnership with a Global company who are looking for 3 German Speaking Customer Service Advisors to support their wholesale and retail customers. You will be the key contact via email, telephone, and online chat to support the customers shopping journey.
What will the role involve?
Communicating with customers via email, telephone and online
Assisting customers with a range of enquiries including; order taking, product knowledge, tracking deliveries, returns, refunds, sizing, and quality queries
Successfully managing multiple tasks to promptly solve customer queries
Working closely with marketing, retail, and other teams to improve customer satisfaction
Discussing new products and promotions with customers
Updating in-house computer systems
Identifying ways to improve processes in order to enhance customer journey, brand loyalty and sales
Other administrative or customer service tasks to support the wider teamsWho are we looking for?
Fully fluent in German and English, able to communicate both verbally and in writing
Customer-focused with proven customer service experience
Able to work to customer service targets, metrics and KPIs
Experience using Microsoft Office including ExcelWhat's in it for you?
