Role: Account Director
Reporting Into: Business Director
Responsibilities:
* Understand the end customer, with a strong eye for creative and an appreciation for how data and insight can help.
* Inspire colleagues and clients by simplifying complex ideas into compelling narratives.
* Maintain high standards with relentless attention to detail, ensuring efficient and profitable delivery.
* Ensure timely delivery of projects to budget while maintaining client satisfaction.
* Develop creative briefs and technical requirements to bring solutions to reality.
* Be seen as authoritative and knowledgeable in the clients’ business and market sector.
* Act as an escalation point for workload priorities.
* Own and develop key client relationships.
* Contribute to the Client Development Plan, accountable for profitability and growth.
* Work on strategic initiatives as well as day-to-day delivery.
* Forecast and control budgets as the P&L owner for accounts.
