As part of LVMH / Moët Hennessy, The Glenmorangie Company crafts, distributes and markets two of Scotland's most acclaimed single malt whiskies; Glenmorangie and Ardbeg.
We're recruiting a Marketing Intern to help support the Glenmorangie and Ardbeg brand teams with product development and activation projects. This includes the development of presentations and materials for key stakeholder groups, creative development, agency briefing, and project management.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist in the management, organization and set-up of team meetings, plan agency days, brand boards and other ad-hoc meetings to ensure they run efficiently and smoothly.
* Support the management of Internal Communication systems, including the upload and management of brand assets to the system.
* Support both brand teams with product sample delivery.
* Support the internal launch of new products.
* Assist with ad-hoc marketing team requirements (e.g., stock requisitions, deliveries, transportation of props to Moët Hennessy meetings, etc.).
* Provide day-to-day administration of the marketing budgets.
