A Day in the Life:
As a Retail Store Manager, you will have direct responsibility for:
* Leading, coaching & training a team of up to 15 team members.
* Driving the Ghanda values with your store team.
* Maintaining a high standard of store presentation in line with our visual merchandising guidelines and brand direction.
* Liaising with your Stock Allocator to maintain appropriate stock levels throughout the store to maximise return on floor space.
* Preparing and monitoring store rosters, sales reports & store/team compliance.
About You:

* With demonstrated leadership experience - who leads from the front, empowers their team, and embodies a leadership style in line with our organisational values.
* Who thinks customer first, nails the fundamentals and takes retail seriously.
* With similar experience in a retail/hospitality role, though this is not a deal-breaker - At Ghanda we value the right attitude over experience.
