Role Responsibilities:
* Work as part of a team to develop, improve, and deliver innovative provisions for children who are not succeeding in mainstream education.
* Utilize therapeutically based teaching strategies combined with a caring, understanding, and nurturing approach to classroom and behaviour management.
* Provide one-to-one and group support to students with diverse needs in classroom settings.
* Foster a nurturing and positive learning environment that promotes emotional well-being and academic success.
* Collaborate with teachers and support staff to deliver exciting and engaging learning experiences.
Requirements:
* Devotion and resilience to support children with social, emotional, and mental health needs.
* Previous experience working with children with SEMH needs is desirable.
* Ability to motivate students towards high achievement.
* Commitment to fulfilling the needs of pupils experiencing behavioural, emotional, or learning difficulties, and social communication difficulties.
Benefits:
* Competitive pay rates ranging from £83 to £95 per day.
* Opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of students with special educational needs.
* Ongoing support and professional development opportunities through CPD courses and training sessions with the school.
