Are you passionate about making a real difference in the lives of people facing homelessness? Are you a natural leader who thrives on providing guidance and support to a dedicated team? As a Team Leader, you will support our operational teams with all aspects of the day-to-day management of the service and line management of team colleagues. You will play a vital part in ensuring that teams are working effectively with clients and that quality and performance targets are kept on track.
If you have/are you…:
* The ability to engage with clients and colleagues to develop supportive, professional relationships, challenging poor practice or performance as necessary.
* Knowledge of the issues affecting vulnerable adults with multiple and complex needs.
* Knowledge of relevant legislation and best practice, as well as restorative practice, asset-based and trauma-informed approaches.
* Have access to a car for work purposes and hold a full current UK driving licence.
