Position: Long-Term Learning Support Assistant (LSA)
Location: Wallasey
Start Date: ASAP
Schedule: 5 days a week
Key Responsibilities:
- Support classroom activities in a Year 1 setting
- Assist in delivering phonics sessions and supporting students with literacy skills
- Provide one-to-one support for students as needed
- Work collaboratively with teachers and other LSAs
- Help create a nurturing and stimulating learning environment
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Relevant experience working as a Learning Support Assistant
- Familiarity with phonics teaching methods is highly desirable
- Ability to engage and support young learners effectively
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Patience, empathy, and a passion for supporting student development
