Area Sales Manager HVAC Building Services
Job Title: Area Sales Consultant HVAC Building Services, a key role within the company's growth strategy.
Industry Sector: HVAC, Mechanical and Electrical (M&E) Contractors, Building Services providers, offering solutions for hot water, continuous flow systems, air source heat pumps, storage tanks, water treatment, solar power, gas water heaters, twin flow systems, and heating radiators.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing sales activities in a designated geographic area, driving revenue growth and expanding the company's market presence.
We are seeking an experienced sales professional with a strong understanding of the building services industry, particularly in the areas of HVAC, M&E, and renewable energy sources.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business targets and increase market share.
* Build and maintain relationships with existing clients, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
* Identify new business opportunities, networking with potential clients and partners to expand the company's customer base.
* Collaborate with the technical team to provide product training and support to customers.
* Monitor market trends and competitor activity, providing insights to inform business decisions.

* Proven track record of sales success in the building services industry.
* Strong understanding of HVAC, M&E, and renewable energy technologies.

Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience.
