Our client in Manchester seeks a Digital Capabilities Manager for a minimum 6-month engagement. Join our team to refine and execute current and future plans. Lead the review, simplification, and refresh of job descriptions, ensuring alignment with Career Pathways.
Key Responsibilities:
* Evaluate Job Role Catalogue against industry standards and organizational needs.
* Recommend changes with clear rationale and assess their impact.
* Execute implementation plans.
* Collaborate closely with Capability, Heads of Role, Practice teams, and HR
Desired Skills and Experience:
* Proven track record in capability or learning and development roles.
* Familiarity with job role architecture and effective job description criteria.
* Experience in crafting and refining job descriptions, aligning with professional frameworks.
* Excellent communication and influencing abilities, adept at presenting complex information persuasively.
* Proficient in relationship and stakeholder management, adept at engaging diverse stakeholders at all levels.
* Prior experience in digital or government departments advantageous
