As a Chemotherapy Nurse, you will deliver high-quality care and be the face of Sciensus, providing holistic one-to-one care in patients' own homes.You will work with an ambitious team, empowering each patient by offering personalized support while based in Ipswich and traveling throughout a regional area to deliver specialist treatment.Key ResponsibilitiesAdminister haematological and solid tumour chemotherapy treatments as defined in patient care plans while maintaining professional standards.Provide patient-focused care, tailoring nursing to individual needs.Document all clinical data and report adverse drug events via correct protocols.Built lasting relationships with patients, carers, and stakeholders to aid treatment and recovery.Maintain up-to-date knowledge and demonstrate expertise to address gaps in clinical competency and stay compliant with business policies and procedures.About UsSciensus is a life sciences business specializing in patient access, engagement, and insight solutions for healthcare providers.
