We are seeking a dedicated Duty Manager for a bar restaurant in Dundee. The Duty Manager will oversee daily operations, ensuring exceptional customer service and efficient workflow.
Duties:
1. Manage and supervise staff members, providing guidance and support
2. Coordinate and oversee food preparation and service
3. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
4. Handle customer inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally
5. Maintain inventory levels and order supplies when necessary
Requirements:
1. Previous experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality industry
2. Strong leadership and team management skills
3. Knowledge of food preparation and kitchen operations
4. Excellent communication and customer service skills
5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
6. Flexibility to work varying shifts including weekends and holidays
