Job Title: Project Supervisor Location: Willesden Magistrates' Court, 448 High Rd, London, NW10 2DZ Working Hours: 15:00 - 22:00 Contract Type: Temporary Pay Rate: Umbrella: £350 per day Start Date: 17TH March 2025-16/03/2026 Enhanced DBS Check (including barred list check) required General Overview: The Project Supervisor is responsible for overseeing site operations during project execution, ensuring quality management, compliance, and cost control. This role acts as a key on-site presence, liaising between the client, project management team, and contractors to ensure smooth project delivery. Key Responsibilities: Oversee and maintain detailed site operations during the project lifecycle. Monitor quality, cost, and compliance of works. Act as the main point of contact on-site and be available for all stakeholders. Provide regular updates and reports to the Project Manager. Ensure adherence to CDM regulations and health & safety policies. Work closely with consultants, designers, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution. Manage stakeholder relationships, assisting in conflict resolution and deconflicting work where necessary. Ensure that projects align with client expectations, contractual obligations, and technical standards. Conduct safety visits and ensure compliance with EQUANS SHEQ practices and procedures. Support the handover process and ensure all asset information is properly documented. Translate complex technical requirements into clear information for all stakeholders. Essential Qualifications & Experience: Minimum 2 years of proven experience in M&E, FM, construction, or a critical environment. End-to-end project management experience from development to completion. Strong understanding of industry methodologies such as Prince 2, MAPM, RIBA. CDM awareness. Recognised technical qualification (or 5 years' experience in management, construction, M&E, or similar). Business standard written and verbal literacy and numeracy. Desirable Qualifications: NEBOSH Certification. IOSH Managing Safely and/or SMSTS. Recognised qualification in Project Management.
