Are you an experienced GRP Laminator looking for a stable, long-term opportunity? We have a fantastic role available in Aldridge, offering a temporary-to-permanent position with excellent working hours and the chance to earn overtime.

Your role as a GRP Laminator:
As a GRP Laminator, you’ll play a key role in producing high-quality fibreglass components using hand lay-up and gel coat techniques. Your daily tasks will include:
Preparing moulds and applying release agents
Hand laminating fibreglass materials with precision
Mixing and applying gel coats to moulded surfaces
Trimming, finishing, and assembling components
Ensuring quality control and maintaining a tidy work environment
Working to strict safety and production standards
What we’re looking for:
✔ Previous experience as a GRP Laminator or within fibreglass manufacturing
✔ Knowledge of hand lay-up and gel coat applications
✔ Good attention to detail and ability to work independently
✔ Commitment to health and safety standards
