What You’ll Bring:
Procurement Services are looking for a confident individual with strong interpersonal skills to manage an allocated customer base, contacting current and new customers to grow business opportunities within their digital service offering.
The successful candidate will grow and sustain a reliable pipeline of contract opportunities, for both existing and new customers, whilst working closely with suppliers and the wider team to help deliver business targets and growth
What You’ll Achieve:
As Digital Account Specialist you will:
Build a clear and thorough understanding of the services that Procurement Services provide, offering unbiased advice to customers and detailing the advantages of using relevant frameworks
Take ownership of queries, investigating and resolving these by liaising with customers and suppliers, knowing how to escalate when necessary
Take full ownership and management of assigned initiatives, contributing to the Digital commercial plan for Procurement Services.
Identify decision makers and develop strong customer relationships to build a pipeline of sales opportunities, identifying, planning, quoting, overcoming customer objections and closing the sale
Work collaboratively with our internal and external partners to achieve your annual business and growth targets
Utilise a variety of communication methods to engage with your customers, work as a customer advocate, ensure your customer’s needs are understood and satisfied. Provide an excellent customer service at all times
Provide reporting on your allocated customer accounts and performance against target and pipeline on a regular basis

What We Require:
Previous experience of working in a sales working environment
Proven track record of increasing revenue through generation of leads via existing business and new customers
Confident and clear telephone manner
Ability to prioritise, meet and exceed targets and deadlines that are set for you individually but also as part of a team
Strong attention to detail ensuring any quotes and correspondence are accurate
