Job Description:
Vita Student, Vita Living, House of Social, Union are seeking a Customer Service & Events Assistant in Newcastle. The role offers an hourly rate of £13, with working hours between 7am and 10pm, Monday to Sunday, with 2 shifts per week.
The position involves delivering a luxury, home-from-home experience for residents, providing exceptional customer service, managing and maintaining facilities, and supporting various on and off-site events including social activities and celebrations.
Responsibilities include greeting and assisting residents, maintaining communal areas, managing parcels, ensuring safety and cleanliness, promoting and delivering events, and supporting emergency and incident management.
Ideal candidates will have experience in customer service, possibly event management, and demonstrate strong communication, organizational, and technological skills. Flexibility, cultural sensitivity, and the ability to work under pressure are essential.
