Role Purpose

As a Risk Intelligence Coordinator, you will play a vital role in supporting sales initiatives and driving revenue growth by managing risk intelligence reports and internal data. You will act as a key link between customers, operations, and sales, identifying opportunities through data analysis and reporting. Key Responsibilities
* Develop and manage risk assessment reports to support upselling and revenue generation.
* Identify trends and opportunities for business growth through data analysis.
* Engage proactively with existing customers to propose targeted solutions based on risk insights.
* Conduct desktop risk assessments and provide recommendations for new and existing customers.
* Monitor inspection issue reports to highlight potential upsell opportunities.
* Implement communication strategies for seasonal risk-related campaigns.
* Identify new business prospects through property data sources such as Rightmove and Zoopla.
* Support sales strategies by generating leads through risk intelligence initiatives.
* Manage insurer referrals and liaise with field sales teams to arrange security risk assessments.
* Research and analyze external sources, including social media and news reports, for emerging risks.
* Collaborate with external stakeholders, including bailiffs, councils, and security partners, to manage risk intelligence.
Key Performance Metrics
* Revenue and profit generated through risk intelligence reporting.
* Volume and accuracy of risk assessment reports.
* Number of identified risks and mitigation actions.
* Conversion rate of inbound sales leads.
* Growth in revenue secured through risk intelligence.
* Accuracy and completeness of CRM data management.
What We’re Looking For
* Experience in sales, outbound calling, and account management.
* Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
* Ability to work collaboratively across sales and operational teams.
* Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
* Experience with CRM systems and data management tools such as Power BI.
* Understanding of security industry operations and risk intelligence.
* Knowledge of property management and vacant property solutions.
* Experience working with external security partners and insurers.
