About the Team:
Our team focuses on producing marketing campaigns that create meaningful results, helping brands to make lifelong connections with students. We deliver brand events or other brand activations throughout the year on-campus, at accommodation sites, shopping centres, on the street and at festivals. We have worked with the likes of Burger King, Odeon, Qatar Airways and Malibu (to name a few) bringing these brands to life and leaving a lasting memory.
Role Overview
We are looking for two new Account Executives to join our team. You’ll be playing a crucial part in supporting Account Managers to exceed client expectations, delivering high-quality campaigns on time and on budget.
You will be supporting campaign management, handling client enquiries, overseeing account administration and logistics, and ensuring our deadlines are met. This is a fantastic opportunity to join our team, where you will learn from and report to a Senior Account Manager while also taking ownership of smaller accounts and projects.
What you’ll be doing:
1. Client & Account Management: Support your Account Manager in managing a portfolio of client accounts, acting as a key point of contact for clients and suppliers. Take ownership of smaller accounts and projects, build strong relationships and wow our customers.
2. Campaign Coordination & Administration: Stay on top of all campaign admin, ensuring that campaign plans, client documents and project plans are up to date. Manage the logistics, invoicing project, and overall administration of campaigns.
3. Proactive Client Support & Strategy: Anticipate client needs, staying one step ahead to help your Account Manager deliver on deadlines and commitments. Provide strategic input and creative ideas tailored to client briefs.
4. Adding value & Upselling: Identify opportunities to enhance client relationships, understand the client’s industry to offer expert advice and spot ways to upsell and encourage repeat business.
5. Reporting & Presentations: Prepare reports, review documents, and present creative plans to clients alongside your Account Manager. Support in delivering strategic insights that demonstrate campaign success.
6. Event Representation: Attend events on behalf of both our team and our clients, ensuring seamless execution and strengthening client relationships.
7. Supplier Management & Coordination: Brief suppliers on client requirements, ensuring smooth communication between all parties while managing budgets and timelines to execute campaigns effectively.
What you’ll need:
1. You have previous experience in a coordination or supporting role in the execution/delivery of marketing campaigns and events.
2. You are a confident communicator, whether it's presenting reports, briefing suppliers, or advising clients, you’re clear, persuasive, and comfortable speaking up.
3. You are a strategic and creative thinker - you don’t just follow briefs, you add value by offering fresh ideas, spotting opportunities, and thinking about the bigger picture.
4. You are skilled at spotting opportunities to upsell, encourage repeat business, and provide expert recommendations that benefit our clients.
5. You are very organised and detail-oriented, skilled at managing deadlines and logistics, making sure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.
6. You have the ability to manage up, helping senior members to keep on top of deadlines and supporting them in delivering these.
7. You are flexible and proactive, in this role no two days are the same and you’ll have to adapt to ensure our campaigns run smoothly.
8. A valid driving license and access to a car are required for this role, as travel will be necessary. Travel expenses will be covered.
