We are currently looking for a Real Estate Solicitor to join our client in the heart of Glasgow.
Position Overview:
As a Real Estate Solicitor, you will be responsible for handling a diverse range of property-related legal matters, providing expert counsel on acquisitions, sales, leases, and development projects. You will work closely with clients to understand their objectives and offer tailored, efficient solutions within a fast-evolving industry.
Key Duties:
* Manage a variety of real estate transactions, guiding them from initiation through to completion.
* Provide comprehensive legal advice on commercial property matters.
* Prepare, draft, and assess legal documents such as contracts, lease agreements, and other relevant paperwork.
* Conduct thorough due diligence and represent clients during negotiation processes.
* Foster and maintain strong professional relationships with clients and other key stakeholders.
Requirements:
* Qualified solicitor with 2-7 years of post-qualification experience in real estate law.
* Strong critical thinking, research, and problem-solving skills.
* Outstanding communication and client management abilities.
* Comfortable working independently and collaborating effectively within a team.
