Housing Options and Support Team Leader Salary: £40,219 - £43,414 Working in the heart of our Housing service, you’ll take a proactive approach to homelessness prevention and support service. You’ll lead and empower the team to deliver an excellent service, ensuring that deadlines are met, and decisions are compliant with legislation. With your wealth of experience, you’ll be comfortable providing advice on complex housing situations and building strong working relationships with our partners and other departments. You’ll encourage and support customers to live independently by providing information and support, to make a difference in our community. Development is a key focus in our department, so you’ll create a focus on skills sharing and knowledge building within the team. You’ll promote best practice and ensure that the team stay up to date with housing legislation. This role will be based between the Council Offices, Argyle Road, and the office at Vine Court Road Supported Accommodation, Vine Court Road, Sevenoaks. We currently operate a hybrid working model for the majority of our roles where your working time service permitting may be divided between the two offices and home working.
