JOB DESCRIPTION This is a dual role within the business. The primary function of this role is to support the National Account Team with the day-to-day management of the Richmond NI customer base; including but not limited to completion and submission of new product specifications, promotional submissions and customer reporting; alongside being the gatekeeper for promotional price maintenance on our internal system. The secondary function is the role of Executive Assistant to the Managing Director of the Business, supporting with all administrative and travel requirements. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES - Commercial Assistant • Alongside the Sales Co-Ordinator liaise with brand managers on product launches and gather and maintain all necessary data. • Alongside the Sales Co-Ordinator compile new product specifications for accounts whether that be in Excel, Word or online platforms. • Work with National Account Managers to ensure promotional plans are kept up to date • Prepare and submit approved Promotional Submissions to our customers in adherence with submission deadlines. • Load all promotional activity to Exceedra (internal price promotion system) in timely manner to ensure accurate price file maintenance. • Communicate all account promotional activity, account listings and pricing to our Field Sales Team. • Complete effectively all adhoc tasks that are deemed necessary by the National Accounts Team. • Prepare and issue monthly volume and revenue reports for key customers. • Establish and develop business relationships with relevant stakeholders In our customers businesses, whether that be the buyers or their support teams. • Work effectively with other business functions as required. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES - Executive Assistant • Booking and arranging travel, transport and accommodation • Compiling and preparing reports, presentations and correspondence. • Miscellaneous tasks KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE · Very high attention to detail. · A resilient self-starter with an ability to work on own Initiative. · Strong organisational skills, with an ability to stay focused on assigned tasks · Can prioritise and manage time to ensure all tasks are completed to avoid delays or missed deadlines. · Is computer literate with a high level of proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word and Excel and the competence to quickly acquire a working knowledge of other Richmond IT systems and processes · FMCG experience in Retail or Wholesale sectors would be useful · Is approachable and collaborative
