You can expect no two days to be the same; you’ll be working with your team and reporting into a Business Manager while interacting with brokers and intermediaries daily.
We need you to provide a standout service experience for customers and stakeholders and be responsible for delivering quality and timely solutions for them. This means taking ownership of your workload and supporting colleagues to deliver our collective workload - it’s all about being a team player! If you spot ways we can improve things or do them differently, we’d love you to tell us; that’s how we can boost the effectiveness and efficiency of our processes.
Key responsibilities:
1. Develop profitable business with a group of Construction brokers & customers.
2. Manage clients and lead broker relationships, interacting with risk managers.
3. Be responsible for the overall service proposition on key broker accounts.
4. Underwrite and negotiate insurance contracts.
5. Demonstrate knowledge of relevant systems, products, processes, and procedures to provide a first-class experience for customers (both internal and external).
6. Ongoing self-development and learning, coaching others where appropriate.
7. Promote continuous improvement and process efficiency.
8. Contribute to a positive and supportive team culture.
What are we looking for?
