As part of this team, you’ll play a key role in helping us understand market dynamics, consumer needs, and the performance of our innovations and campaigns. The CBIA team works globally, which means you'll need to build strong relationships with teams from different countries and understand various data sources and market trends. During your placement, you’ll have the opportunity to: Collaborating with global and local teams across Haleon, including Marketing, Research and Development (R&D) and external partners, to deliver impactful insights. Supporting the training of CBIA teams and helping them integrate new tools and methods into their workflows. Managing projects like market research, data analysis, and stakeholder communications. Gather information and take briefs from key stakeholders, and then write clear and concise research summaries. Using cutting-edge digital research tools (e.g. Ipsos Digital, Zappi, Google Trends) to monitor market trends and social activity. Identify valuable marketing insights and provide recommendations based on market research, focusing on innovation, brand strategy, communication, and data analysis. Contributing to the development of global insight and analytics products and helping to answer key business questions. Coordinating our capability calendar and programs, such as the CBIA Academy and our Mini-MBA programme, ensuring high-quality training opportunities. Helping the team work more efficiently and driving deeper human understanding that leads to transformative brand solutions. Assisting with embedding KPIs and metrics to measure the impact of our work. Education Requirements : We welcome applications from all degree disciplines however, degrees in Business, Marketing, Psychology, or Social Sciences are particularly advantageous for this placement. If you are studying for your Undergraduate Degree, you must be in your 2nd year of study (England) or 3rd year of study (Scotland) and seeking to complete a year in industry in partnership with your university.
