Job Title - Project Manager Job Market - Engineering / Project Management Project Manager - About The Role My client work within a range of industry sectors, including the Oil and Gas, Renewables and Defence sectors. They are actively recruiting a Project Manager for immediate start, to join the part of the group that works with fuelling systems for aircraft and helicopters, as well as other process systems within sectors such as defence, O&G and the yacht industry. You will be part of an innovative and international team consisting of mechanics, electrical and automation technicians, engineers within electrical, automation, and mechanical fields, purchasers, and managers. The successful candidate will be based in their new satellite office in Essex, working within a team of international co-workers with extensive experience of fuel and gas product solutions including some automation products. Project Manager - Key duties Working with the engineers, sales teams, document controllers and cost controllers. Responsible for managing new and ongoing projects, including schedule planning, cost management and organising engineering resources. Attending in person and online meetings with clients. Assisting with the procurement of project specific components Project Manager - Key Requirements A self-motivated person with experience in engineered/manufactured process systems as well as the ability to be able to plan and multitask. A strict awareness of timelines and the ability to be able to maintain these. You will experience a varied and exciting workday with special projects for the defence (NATO), offshore O&G, offshore wind bases, airbases, super yachts, and much more. A Qualification in Project Management or similar. Proven experience in the engineering/manufacturing process. Ability to maintain deadlines. Ability to be able to understand and communicate client comments with precision. Very experienced with MS Project, MS Office, Internet and Emails. Experience in Oil and Gas sector is preferred but not essential. 5 years of experience in a similar field.
