Overview
Medical Support Offshore (MSOS) Ltd provides comprehensive, worldwide medical support for an extensive range of clients, based on land, at sea and in the air. Our service comprises three main elements of medical support – Medical Kits, 24/7 Telemedical Support and Medical Training.
Due to continued expansion, we are currently seeking a Training & Compliance Administrator to join the team and play a key role in facilitating continued business growth alongside ongoing regulatory compliance.
This is a new role which will report into the Training and Quality departments of the business, working closely with both heads of department.
We are looking for an individual with proven success in an administrator role and an ambition to continually develop.
The job will involve:
* Ensuring all business operations are GDP compliant
* Assisting with the maintenance of quality systems
* Working with the Quality Team, RPs and Department Managers to ensure the company Quality Management Systems are maintained and operated in compliance with regulatory requirements
* Continually monitoring and maintaining an awareness of current GDP requirements
* Ensuring effective document control of all quality and training related documentation within the business
* Undertaking quality system tasks in compliance with the requirements of EU GDP
* Maintaining data and providing quality metrics as required
* Providing general administrative support to Training and Quality Department Managers
* Overseeing classroom training courses and issuing certification for participants
* Ensuring ongoing compliance with MCA Medical Training regulations
* Working closely with Training Manager and instructors to maintain the highest standards for course content and delivery of training material
Role Requirements
The ideal candidate must be able to demonstrate excellent communication skills, both verbal and written and outstanding organisational and time management skills.
A good level of commercial awareness is essential as is a clear understanding of how the different areas of the business function together. The successful individual will be naturally adaptable and flexible as required by the needs of the business.
Other requirements include:
* Proven experience of managing administrative processes
* Demonstrable high standards and attention to detail
* Proven ability to prioritise effectively
* Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel & Word
* Familiarity with a Training environment is desirable
* Comfortable working at pace and with change
* Experience using internal management systems and databases
* Commitment to continual improvement
* Previous experience working within a regulated sector
* An understanding of statutory medical training requirements and certification

Pay: £30,000.00-£32,500.00 per year
