Job Description:
Recruit UK are proud to be working alongside an Independent Financial Planning firm to bring on a Financial Planning Administrator, to join their friendly team in the Poole office. The firm are proud to offer a client-centric approach, putting clients at the forefront.
Job duties:
1. Provide administrative support to Financial Planners
2. Client liaison
3. Assisting in preparing suitability reports
4. Preparation of meeting packs
5. Annual review packs
6. Drafting letters/emails and sending information to clients in line with the reporting schedule or on an ad-hoc basis as required
7. Maintain active monitoring of client-focused activity on platforms to ensure all actions are completed within required timeframes
8. Liaise with third-party providers
9. Anti money laundering duties
10. Comply with FCA regulations at all times
11. Stay up to date with relevant product, legislative, and technical changes as required

Requirements:
1. Previous experience working as a wealth management administrator
2. Previous use of CRM systems including X-Plan and Intelligent Office (desirable not essential)
3. Proficient with Microsoft Office
4. Excellent understanding of Financial Planning
5. Attention to detail
6. Ability to work independently and as a team
