Production Coordinator – About Our Client:
Our client is a well-established business looking for a highly organised individual to join their team as a Production Coordinator. This role is ideal for someone with strong Excel skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work to deadlines. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy coordinating projects from start to finish, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
Working Hours:
* Monday – Friday, 8:30am – 5pm (early finish on Fridays)
* Office-based
Key Responsibilities:
* Managing projects from start to finish, ensuring smooth execution
* Raising purchase orders and overseeing sample inspections
* Monitoring orders through to warehouse delivery
* Liaising with major retail customers via email and telephone
* Working closely with the Design team on all projects
* Coordinating logistics, including booking and planning deliveries with freight forwarders
* Communicating with overseas factories to ensure production timelines are met
Production Coordinator – What We’re Looking For:
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
* Good knowledge of Excel and IT proficiency
* Ability to work to critical paths and meet deadlines
* Strong numerical and communication skills
* Minimum GCSE pass in English & Maths
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Experience in production or logistics planning is beneficial but not essential
