Job Overview
St Peter’s CE Primary School is looking to appoint a Grounds Maintenance Person. The successful candidate will work alongside the Site Manager and be responsible for the structural upkeep and maintenance of all areas of the school including the buildings, grounds, and plant machinery.
Responsibilities
* Ensure equipment, facilities, and classrooms meet the needs of the school.
* Maintain and build on good practice.
* Be flexible and adapt to change.
* Be highly motivated and able to manage your own workloads.
* Commit to working with staff.
* Report to the School Business Manager and Site Manager.
* Ensure all activities and work undertaken meet Health and Safety standards.
* Be responsible for the security and safety of the school contents and users at all times, including holiday periods and out of hours.
