Our Leicester based Retail POS client’s are looking for an Account Manager to join them in a full time and permanent role.
The successful candidate will have worked in the Retail POS industry, ideally as an Account Executive or in a supporting role and are ready for the next step into Account Management, working with a team but taking ownership for a variety of clients both UK & globally- covering beverages, cosmetics, and health & beauty.
Working as part of a great team to continually deliver the best possible experience and exceeding clients expectations and visons.
The role
* Working with internal teams and collaborating to manage the end to end process from design to delivery/installation.
* Provides clear and concise client briefs that meet the clients need, budget and company objectives
* Providing excellent level of customer service – multiple clients/accounts – face to face, verbally, email
* Working on retention and growth of allocated accounts
* Building and maintaining relationships
* Keeping client fully informed of project status with regular updates
* Providing client with ideas/solutions
* Raising and reporting any concerns, managing expectations
The person
* Previous Retail POS/Client Management Experience.
* Demonstrable experience of retail install
* Proven ability to develop and build trusted working relationships.
* Relevant client facing experience across multiple accounts.
* Must be able to communicate effectively and work well as a team.
* Must be extremely organised and adaptable -able to manage multiple projects
* Self-motivated and able to acclimate into a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
* Passionate about providing a high level of customer service
