About the Role
As our Marketing Manager, you’ll take the lead in shaping and executing marketing strategies for theatrical and digital film releases. From managing high-impact campaigns to securing media coverage, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring our films reach and inspire audiences.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Develop & execute marketing strategies for film releases across multiple channels.
* Build and maintain relationships with mainstream media, journalists, and influencers.
* Monitor campaign performance and ensure KPIs are met, driving audience engagement and box office success.
* Manage a marketing team, providing leadership and direction.
* Liaise with cinemas, studios, and external contractors to maximize audience reach.
* Analyse marketing data & manage budgets to ensure strong return on investment.

What We’re Looking For
* 4+ years’ experience in marketing (ideally in film, media, entertainment, or PR).
* Strong media relations skills with existing industry contacts.
* Proven track record in managing successful marketing campaigns.
* Expertise in social media marketing, PR, digital advertising, and content creation.
* Strong leadership & communication skills with the ability to manage multiple projects.
* Analytical mindset – able to measure campaign effectiveness & report on KPIs.
* Knowledge of SEO, PPC, Google Analytics, MuckRack, Mailchimp, and content marketing.
* Degree in Marketing, Business, Media, or related field (or Level 6 CIM Diploma).
* Experience in faith-based or grassroots marketing.
* Previous experience in film distribution.
* Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite or other design tools.
* Understanding of church engagement & community-based promotions.
