Founded in 2010, the business spans 2 divisions & 4 brands with a full-service solution spanning concept to launch and beyond. As a group, we are obsessed with food and work with clients of all sizes, from start-ups to the world’s biggest corporates, working across manufacturing, food service, and retail. We are excited to be on the hunt for an experienced researcher to work as the Head of Quantitative Insights in our ambitious, high-performing team!
This is a key senior-level role that would work within the Insights function of the business, managing several of our key customer accounts and ad hoc research projects. This is a genuinely exciting and unique opportunity to join our business as it enters its next exciting growth phase. This role would suit an individual who has a passion for food, is looking to significantly grow with an organization, and be part of the growth journey.
The primary focus for this role is to successfully manage and deliver research programs across our key clients. You will be set commercial, operational, and service level targets and expected to deliver this as part of both the account and project management, as well as supporting the Research Managers and Research Executives in executing their own projects.
You will manage 3 of the research team and be involved in running their appraisals, setting objectives, developing personal development plans, and helping them achieve their ambitions.
You will report directly to the Insights Director and work closely with the Commercial Team to ensure we leverage all potential opportunities to deliver growth within the clients you manage. You will also form strong working relationships with all of your colleagues across the insight, innovation, and operation teams.
A key priority is to ensure work is delivered across all key accounts to an excellent standard:

* Implement a proactive client relationship management process, following a systemized check-in structure including in-person meetings, calls, and emails, as well as producing insights and regular reporting.
* Engage with teams internally and externally to keep up to date on things that are happening in both a commercial & non-commercial setting that may impact client performance.
* Evaluate the data and reporting available for each client to identify opportunities and proactively deliver performance insights both to clients and internally.
* Work with the sales and operations team to capture all customer goals and coordinate a smooth onboarding process to start a positive ongoing relationship.
* Train and develop the Research Executives and Research Managers in best practices, methodologies, analysis, and reporting techniques to ensure the best quality client experience and delivery.
* Work with the rest of the senior team in developing gold standard processes to ensure the highest quality levels of insight delivery.
