Bell Cornwall Recruitment’s client is a large and well established wealth management business. This Personal Assistant position is supporting a member of their board, and requires a proactive and experienced candidate, ideally with an understanding of the financial services industry.
The Role:
* Diary management including booking appointments, arranging travel and accommodation.
* Preparation for all meetings and engagements by collating any necessary paperwork.
* Provide a link between the wider business and the board.
* Liaise with the Executive Team in connection with ongoing projects across the business.
* Prepare presentations and board reports using PowerPoint.
* Prepare general correspondence including drafting of letters, emails etc., where appropriate.
* Collate and circulate management information.
* Keep and maintain an accurate record of papers and electronic correspondence.
The Ideal Personal Assistant will have:
* Previous experience as an Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant is necessary.
* Experience in, and understanding of financial services would be beneficial.
* A good attention to detail and ability to complete work accurately is key.
* Must have excellent communication skills.
* The ability to use own initiative and work well under pressure.
* A strong character who is commercially astute.
