What You’ll Be Doing
* Capture data requirements to design, develop, and optimise marketing data models to support new and existing marketing initiatives.
* Create and maintain BI reports to track and enhance marketing campaign performance.
* Analyse marketing performance data, including pay-per-click (PPC), bounce rates, and conversion rates.
* Ensure data integrity through accuracy checks and quality improvements.
* Identify trends and anomalies in customer behaviour and campaign performance.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to align marketing data solutions with business objectives.
* Provide insights on customer segmentation and campaign ROI to improve strategy.
What You’ll Need
* Strong experience with SQL.
* Proven experience with Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics.
* Exposure to marketing analytics, including PPC, bounce rates, CTR (click-through rate), and lead generation.
* Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
* Strong communication and collaboration skills.
* Ability to manage multiple projects in a dynamic environment.
* Knowledge of Microsoft Azure is a plus.
* Experience with marketing automation platforms.
* Understanding of A/B testing and customer journey analysis.
