What You’ll Do: Customer Support: Process orders with accuracy and efficiency, keeping customers informed at every step. Sales Generation: Support account managers by responding to inquiries, providing quotes, and driving repeat business. Lead Generation: Seek out new opportunities through inbound leads and email prospecting. Collaboration: Work closely with Field Sales, Product Management, and other departments to meet customer needs. Product Knowledge: Stay ahead by participating in training sessions from Braemac and suppliers. What We’re Looking For: A Level or equivalent in two subjects. Demonstrable experience in sales, logistics, or customer service that would add value to the role. Familiarity with Microsoft Business Central (a plus), along with the wider Microsoft business suite. A positive, can-do attitude and willingness to learn. A confident communicator, comfortable interacting with diverse groups.
