Part Time Sales Administrator

Exciting opportunity to work with a fun and enthusiastic business who are making waves within the food industry. You will join a close-knit team of 6 people who take a hands-on and supportive approach to ensure the smooth running of the business. Full 1 to 1 training on site, this role is due to progression so the current person will be available to assist.

What will you do as a Sales Administrator?
* Resolve delivery issues including damaged or missing products, late or delayed deliveries
* Track stock in and out ensuring plentiful levels, taking orders from large clients
* Process sales orders
* Handle returns and damages
* Manage customer database, pricing, and invoices
* Inventory management, assessing stock levels and escalating stock changes
* Authorize manufacturer invoices
* Check stock holding
* Place orders with manufacturers ensuring delivery meets client deadlines
What do you need as a Sales Administrator?
* Strong Excel knowledge
* Live no more than 40 minutes from Shipston & must have own transport
* Personable with strong verbal & written communication skills
* Understanding of inventory management
