Job Overview
As a Chief of Staff, you will be the #1 hire in the company on the business side. You will act as a force multiplier to the CEO, assisting with Sales, Content, Marketing, and Fundraising activities. In the first few months, most of your time will be focused on Sales with an obsession to drive leads (think BDR) and helping Ignitus enter hypergrowth.
The role will expand and evolve unpredictably based on the company’s need. You will report and work closely with Ben, Ignitus’ CEO, himself an ex-Chief of Staff [ex Tripadvisor, Euronews => you’ll discover in the process how much of a blessing or a curse it is ].

Key Responsibilities
* Outreach, Lead Generation and Prospecting:
* Identify and research potential clients through various channels. Create new innovative ways to engage prospects. Initiate conversations with prospects.
* Schedule meetings or demos for the CEO to further the sales process
* Represent Ignitus at HR tech events
* Marketing and communication:
* Develop marketing collaterals and drive communication activities with clients, prospects and users
* Keep track of competitors and shifts in the industry
* Content
* Engage in, or coordinate the creation AI-mentoring interactions
* Organise content video-shoots with the world’s top experts in Leadership
* Fundraising
* Support with fundraising activities, identifying relevant investors, and creating impactful documents.
Qualifications
* Experience:
* Open to a wide range of experience, combining sales, marketing, content, and operations.
* Bonuses:
* Experience and passion for sales / business development
* Experience in the HR Tech industry
* Experience as a Chief of Staff

Education:
* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or Sales, or a related field (preferred but not required).
Competencies:
* Ability to quickly learn and articulate product value.
* Ability to thrive in high pressure environments, excited to take on new challenges
* Better at listening than speaking, unique ability to step in the prospect’s shoes
