Responsibilities:
* Provide a core curriculum consisting of social, ethical, and religious topics to help develop life skills, as approved by the Wing/Installation Chaplain.
* Appropriate advertising of weekly, monthly, and special events.
* Create and maintain a database of parents/participants.
* Provide one (1) weekend winter camp/retreat for middle school students and one (1) weekend winter camp/retreat for high school students. Additionally, the coordinator shall provide one (1) multi-day summer event (e.g. summer camp, mission trip, etc.) for middle school students and one (1) multi-day summer event (e.g. summer camp, mission trip, etc.) for high school students.
Qualifications:
* Must have a minimum of three years of experience working directly with youth in established youth organizations, with a preference in church-based ministry. A degree, certification, or training in theological studies is preferred but not required.
* Must adhere to the basic core tenets of the Christian faith and be able to support and foster Protestant and Catholic faith traditions.
* Be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English in order to perform all responsibilities.
