Job Description
Annata is looking for the right candidate to join the internal IT team, who will help to ensure that Annata’s IT systems, software & end user devices are kept up to date and issues are resolved in a timely manner. Primary focus will be towards L1 / L2 IT support and maintenance of IT systems but will expand as experience grows. A bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent work experience. At least 2 years of experience in providing IT support in a corporate environment.
Responsibilities will include:
* Respond to end user issues and support tickets appropriately according to overall priority.
* Purchasing and provisioning of IT equipment, software licenses and subscriptions.
* Onboarding and offboarding employees, including setting up accounts, devices and access rights.
* Installing and configuring software, applications, and new hardware according to given specifications.
* Train end users on software and hardware usage, as well as keeping them updated on how to keep their data secure.
* Handle business critical IT tasks and implementations in an organized and timely manner.
* Documenting, updating and following IT policies, procedures and best practices.
* Maintaining and configuring the IT infrastructure, including Microsoft Entra ID, Microsoft 365, Azure, Power Platform and other cloud applications.
* Research new and developing technologies for potential use cases within the business.
* Monitor security threats to the network, accounts and devices.
* Collaborating with other IT team members and external vendors to ensure smooth and efficient IT operations.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
* At least 1-2 years of experience in providing IT support in a corporate environment.
* Knowledge of Microsoft technologies, including Windows 11, Office 365 and Azure.
* Excellent communication, problem-solving and customer service skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Willingness to learn new technologies and skills.
* Willing to travel to our Annata UK office in Hackett Way, Fareham.
