The Role Scope
To support the administrative requirements of the Buyers and Buying Department, enabling them to function efficiently:
* Supporting the administrative requirements of the buyers
* Order management, including loading orders onto and maintaining the range plan, placing purchase orders, and confirming orders with brands and suppliers
* Managing the critical path of the product from purchase to delivery and on sale to sell out
* Monitoring and reviewing the accuracy of product online
* Tracking, receiving, logging, and maintaining the sample library
* QC and sample fit sessions
* Competitor analysis and competitor shopping reports
* Trend research
* Creating packs and trend boards
* Liaising with brands and suppliers daily
* Being the first point of contact for the warehouse
* Building and maintaining strong relationships with brands
* Assisting other departments with product and brand-related enquiries
* Working with other departments to ensure the brands and products are presented in the best way (photography, marketing)
* Preparing reports, updating spreadsheets, and databases
About You
* 2 years administrative experience
* Proficient in Excel
* Ability to work to deadlines
* Strong work ethic
* Strong organisational and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work well as part of a dynamic team
* A keen interest in sports and fashion, as well as knowledge of sports and fashion products
