As Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for leading and executing the marketing strategy, focusing on delivering a comprehensive mix of marketing activities that drive business growth. Key areas include client and prospect engagement, as well as developing and promoting our employer brand. You will receive ongoing support from Sumer's central marketing team, allowing you to grow your role and reach your potential. Key Responsibilities Brand Development Collaborate with the senior management team to refine and strengthen the DPC brand. Marketing Strategy & Delivery Work with heads of departments to implement the marketing plan, focusing on key growth areas and tailored tactics. Oversee website performance and digital marketing initiatives in partnership with our digital agency. Plan, write, and manage email marketing campaigns, providing clear performance reports. Manage social media platforms to boost engagement and enhance DPC's profile. Raise DPC's visibility by identifying and participating in relevant industry awards and events. Create thought leadership content, including blogs and articles. Plan and execute a programme of client and industry events. Employer Brand Development Partner with the Head of People to design and implement a strategy for enhancing DPC's employer brand. Additional Responsibilities Support service lines in delivering successful bid and tender processes for new business opportunities. Manage relationships with external PR agencies, from campaign planning and briefing to performance evaluation. Work with design agencies to develop creative assets and marketing communications. Carry out ad hoc tasks to ensure smooth marketing and business development operations. Skills, Knowledge And Expertise Essential: Proven experience of general marketing Strong project management skills GCSE (or equivalent) in Maths and English at grade C or above. Degree-level education or equivalent. Desirable: Degree in business or marketing-related subjects or a CIM qualification Experience in professional services Proven ability to manage agency relationships
