Assignment: Permanent Working hours: (Monday - Friday) 8am - 17:00pm Hours per week: 42.5 Work location: NN8, Northamptonshire Reporting into: Customer Service Manager Team: 3 members Our client works for the largest supermarkets and retailers in the UK, processing and reselling their end of line & customer return stock through eCommerce platforms and their own website. They are seeking an experience E-Commerce Customer Service Co-ordinator to join their current team. Key responsibilities for the Customer Service Coordinator will include: Answering incoming calls from customers and dealing with customer service queries post purchase Deal with incoming emails and respond in a timely manner Updating repair lists, placing orders and request dispatch Deal with courier claims and return issues Respond to returns and replacement product requests Using your product knowledge to advise the best product for the customers requirements Prioritising and assigning workload Ensure processes are followed Support the team members as needed In order to be successful in the role of a Customer Service Coordinator you must have: Previous customer service and administration experience Excellent verbal and written communication Excellent organisational abilities and time management skills Ability to manage own workload and have good attention to detail Competent user of MS Office products, particularly Word, Excel and Outlook. Adaptable, confident and reliable.
