Before and After School Club Leader
Grade 3 SCP 6 to 11 £25,183 - £27,269. Actual salary £10,018 - £10,848
17.5 hours per week: 7.45 am 9 am and 3:15 pm 5.30 pm, Monday Friday.
Term time only.
St. John’s CE, Thornham provides an inclusive and caring environment for children aged 4 - 11. The Before and After School Club is an integral and vibrant part of our school.
We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic and motivated Breakfast and After School Club Leader on a permanent basis, who will provide a secure, engaging and fun environment, with a range of activities for children aged 4 11.
The Club Leader will work with children on an individual and group basis, supervise a small team of Playworkers and manage the administration and payments for Club.
The successful candidate must have NVQ Level 3 in Play work / Childcare, an understanding of OFSTED requirements, have previous experience of working in a childcare setting and excellent interpersonal and organisational skills.
