Belmont Recruitment are currently looking for a Grounds Maintenance Team Leader to join our client on an initial 3-6 month temporary contract. This is a full-time role working 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee the daily operations of multiple grounds teams and depots.
* Manage commercial and local authority maintenance contracts.
* Ensure timely completion of tasks to mandatory quality standards.
* Monitor budgets, revenue, and pricing for new projects.
* Engage with customers and employees, providing training and development opportunities.
* Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations.
* Conduct client liaison, site visits, and quotation submissions.
Requirements:
* 2+ years’ experience in a horticultural, operational supervisor, or management role.
* Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
* Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities.
* Full clean UK driving licence.
Location - Suffolk and surrounding areas.
