Job Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and experienced Maintenance/Delivery person to join our team. You will be responsible for helping fitters remove tiles, assist worktop fitting, taking up old flooring and simple tasks to speed up installations.
Safely and efficiently transporting goods from our warehouse to various locations. This is a physically demanding role that requires heavy lifting and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:
1. Safely operate a delivery van to transport goods to designated locations.
2. Accurately load and unload items from the vehicle.
3. Follow delivery schedules and routes provided by the dispatcher.
4. Communicate with customers to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
5. Complete necessary paperwork and logbooks for each delivery.
6. Perform routine vehicle maintenance checks and report any issues or malfunctions.
7. Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations.
Skills:
1. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
2. Proven experience as a Delivery Driver / Maintenance Person or in a similar role.
3. Ability to drive and navigate through various locations efficiently.
4. Strong physical stamina for heavy lifting and loading/unloading of goods.
5. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
6. Familiarity with commercial driving regulations and safety standards.
7. Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance and troubleshooting.
