Junior Project Manager
As a Project Manager, you’ll oversee a range of complex projects, lead cross-functional teams, and ensure successful project delivery by managing risks, budgets, and resources effectively. You’ll need to be flexible and eager to adapt to our company’s ways of working, while also taking a proactive approach to managing projects and building collaborative relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead both internal and external teams to deliver projects that meet agreed Time, Cost, and Quality standards.
2. Manage internal and external stakeholders and suppliers, ensuring effective and successful project delivery.
3. Identify, manage, and mitigate project risks and issues.
4. Control project budgets and resource allocation.
5. Use a variety of project management techniques to drive change at pace and adapt to our company’s project management style.
6. Collaborate with impacted business areas to ensure safe and smooth implementation of change.
7. Develop and manage detailed project plans, track dependencies, and control scope.
8. Foster strong relationships with team members, stakeholders, and third-party suppliers.
